About Farm to Fork Manoa

Hawaii's cuisine is unlike any other in the world. With a mix of fresh ingredients and island-staples, our menu is hearty and healthy with a twist on traditional island-style preparations and flavors.

Paying homage to our ancestors, we use ingredients grown right here in Hawaii. From our fresh-made-daily taro chips to our local pork and butterfish laulau, our mix-plates will remind you of your family's home cooked meals.

Our Head Chef, Jean-Pierre Maharibatcha, is a highly decorated chef with more than 14 years at five-star Ritz-Carlton hotel restaurants all over the United States, a stint at Halekulani Hotel’s Orchids restaurant, a one-year tour as an army chef and numerous accolades, including one naming him the best chef in the Lyon, France region. His cuisine at Farm to Fork Manoa is another reflection of just how creative he can be, bringing new flavors to your favorite local dishes.

The best local food I've had on Oahu. Fresh made taro chips, taro hummus, fern salad, local beef stew, fresh haupia...I sampled almost everything. Clean, fresh, delicious. Genuine aloha from the chef and staff. Will eat here a lot I'm sure.
